Building a Premium Lifestyle Brand Through Product Design
My Role
As the Design Director for the soft goods program at Cocoa & Onyx, I led the development of the brand's product line from concept through manufacturing, directing industrial design, brand identity, CMF strategy, technical documentation, bill of materials (BOMs), and cross-functional product development to create a cohesive premium consumer experience.
Collaborators
Industrial design and CMF development were completed in collaboration with Jason Clingenpeel, while Megan Eddy partnered on logo and brand identity design. Will Ballentine and Arpana Pandey collaborated with the team throughout product development and manufacturing readiness.
