Designing Performance Training Products for Strength Athletes
My Role
As the Design Director for the soft goods program at LockedIn Athletics, I led the product design from concept through development, directing industrial design, CMF strategy, technical documentation, bill of materials (BOMs), and cross-functional product development to deliver durable, performance-driven products ready for manufacturing.
Collaborators
Industrial design was completed in collaboration with Matt Walker and Mervyn Chen. Matt Walker also partnered on CMF development, while Angelina Hu, Aura Xiao, and Mervyn Chen collaborated throughout product development and manufacturing readiness.
