Designing Functional Carry Solutions for Modern Parenthood
My Role
As the Design Director for the soft goods program, I led the development of the Frosted Diaper Bag from concept through manufacturing, directing industrial design, CMF strategy, technical documentation, bill of materials (BOMs), and cross-functional product development to create a premium, thoughtfully organized carry solution for modern families.
Collaborators
Industrial design was completed in collaboration with Matt Walker and Samantha Astles. Samantha Astles also partnered on CMF development, while Angelina Hu collaborated throughout product development and manufacturing readiness.
