Designing an Innovative Line of Stuffable Insulated Cooler Bags
My Role
As the Design Director for the soft goods program, I led the development of Monti Coolers' new line of stuffable insulated cooler bags from concept through manufacturing, directing industrial design, CMF strategy, technical documentation, bill of materials (BOMs), and cross-functional product development to deliver durable, performance-driven products ready for production.
Collaborators
Industrial design was completed in collaboration with Matt Walker and Lance Ferguson. Matt Walker also partnered on CMF development, while Aura Xiao and Angelina Hu collaborated throughout product development and manufacturing readiness.
