Designing Premium Outdoor Living Products for Production
My Role
As the Design Director for the soft goods program, I led the development of premium outdoor living products from concept through manufacturing, directing industrial design, CMF strategy, technical packs, bill of materials (BOMs), and cross-functional product development to deliver production-ready solutions for large-scale manufacturing.
Collaborators
Industrial design and CMF development were completed in collaboration with Joe Henney. Engineering was led by the Corvus Engineering Group, while Equip, Inc. and the Outmore Living team partnered throughout product development and manufacturing implementation.
