My Role
As the Design Director for The Ollie World, I led the product design from concept through development, directing industrial and apparel design, CMF strategy, technical documentation, bill of materials (BOMs), and cross-functional product development to deliver manufacturing-ready infant products that prioritized safety, comfort, and ease of use.
Collaborators
Apparel technical development was completed in collaboration with Christel Araujo, who also partnered on CMF development. Product development was executed with global manufacturing teams across India, China, and Central and South America to support scalable production and international sourcing.
